In 2026 the Pawling Farmers Market is returning to the tradition of hosting a gala dinner party with the support of loyal members of our farmers market community.

Our event is scheduled for Saturday evening  at 6pm on July 11 at Kirby Hill Farm. Dinner will be served in their modern barn with open sides facing picturesque polo fields and hills in the distance.

The theme of this event is ‘Global Barbecue, Rooted At Home’ and we will be serving classic grilled barbecue dishes from around the world, made with the finest local ingredients.

We plan several fun events for the evening, including a bake sale with specialty cakes and pies made by local bakers; an auction of experiences such as chef-prepared dinners in your home and cooking classes; and a photography booth with our favorite photographer Lori Adams.

We hope you will join us on July 11th. Tickets for the evening, which includes a cocktail hour followed by a sitdown dinner, may be purchased by clicking here or on the buttons below. If you cannot make it, please consider supporting the farmers market with a donation. Every donation counts as we continue to build our very special organization, often called one of Pawling’s ‘treasures.’

UPDATE:  We are so excited for Saturday! Our volunteers have been working very hard to bring you a fun-filled evening with fabulous food, auction items, live music and a festival of cakes to top it all off.

The Fun Begins at 6pm!

All proceeds from this event directly sustain the market's programs and keep our vendor fees affordable which allows us to attract and retain our impressive array of farmers, producers and artisans.

Parking Info: Pawling Farmers Market rooster signs and Kirby Hill parking signs will lead you to the designated parking areas where attendants will direct you to a space. If you or a guest require special assistance or if you wish to drop someone at the event barn, please make that known to the parking attendant. The limited spaces near the barn are reserved for those with handicap tags. All other parking is a short walk up the hill from the lots to the event barn. We will have one ADA accessible restroom near the barn as well.

As of Friday, June 10, we still have a few tickets left.  Here is a sneak peak at what we have in store for you:
